I'm having really bad lag issues with minecraft and nzp while im recording with fraps

My Labtop Details
OS = Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 - 64 Bit
CPU = Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6200 @ 2.13GHz
RAM = 4 GBs (3.8 GBs usable)
HDD = 300 GB Harddrive
Video Card = Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator HD

Desktop Details
OS = Windows XP Home Editon Service Pack 3
CPU = Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz
RAM = 1 GB
HDD = 150 GB
Video Card = NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE

I seem to have better fps when recording with my desktop, details i'll get later but cant record on there yet

Try reduce resolution

Try reduce resolution

connor said that, tried it and it sort of works but it still lags :/

The desktop has a faster processor and a dedicated GPU,the laptop only has Intel GMA HD
