Error while playing a NON-HAMACHI server

when i was playing in a server with no hamachi (by cmd) my brother and me we wanted to play together but in him computer goes to my server and says connection failed

LAN shouldn't be that hard, try using tunngle..

Try puttin in the console (When the server is running)

"Connect IPADRESS"

you need to check:
-Ip adress its writed correctly
-Server is running
-NZP Non Blocked by Windows Firewall
-if putting adress doesn't work, put port 2600*
