picture will be done later but
to make something like the lazy perk i showed, its easy
make sure smartedit is off (after it can be turned back on)
make a new key called angles and add the vaule 0 0 0
dont use the angle circle thing (it will effect the middle number)
the first number controls if it lies on its back or lends forward (eg. set the first number to 315 to make it lend forward, set the first number to 45 to make it lend back) (use this one if you want to have it stuck to the roof, or a wall)
the second number will rotate the perk (you can use the circle thing instead but they may collied) (eg. set the second number to 270 to have the perk turn left, set it to 90 to have the perk turn right)
the 3rd number will rotate the perk like my lazy perk (eg. set the 3rd number to 45 to make the perk lean on its left, set the 3rd to 315 to make it lean on its right)
i used the code 0 0 315 to make my lazy perk
