I downloaded NZP 1.1 and I plugged my PSP into my computer, then I made a folder in the PSP folder named Game an put NZP In it. I then went back to my PSP but when I tried to open it it said "This game cannot be started. The data is corrupted." How do I fix that? I want to play NZP on it but I can't cause every time I try it automatically fails. So please help cause I as I have said for the millionth Time I want it on there.

try two things
-check the file u used? Because one of the files will allow it to work without custom firmware

-or get custom firmware for your psp and your problem should be resolved.

download the latest hombrew store and it should have the right files to let you play with out cfw.

I know, but having custom firmware on your psp is very useful.

Just get CFW, it will allow you to run other PSP Homebrew apps and games and tweak your PSP a bit as well, and it isn't that hard, I have the E-1000 and got it done in less than a minute.

The problem with using signed homebrew is that you don't have access to the whole 64MB of ram. Same with the GPU, which can reach 333MHz, but without CFW, you're stuck at 222MHz. It can be the difference in a barely playable NZP, to a near perfect NZP that doesn't crash for an extra 7-8 rounds.

So, you'll probably want to get CFW if you want it to be a bit faster and not crash earlier.

if you don't want CFW.

Make sure you have deleted the EBOOT.pbp and renamed the EBOOT_signed.pbp to EBOOT.pbp

I believe there is also an EBOOT_300.pbp which would probably run better on your psp (I haven't used the psp download in over 2 years so I could be wrong)
