Map Jumping?

i just started thinking this. when map making for NZ:P is it possible to get a command to launch from one map to another? like say... There's a 2 part map, like CoD's moon. what if you want to make earth and moon separately but you want it to still be accessable ingame. to do it you have to interact where the Area51 teleporter would be and it launches the map moon. is this possible?








sorry for my many posts of questions, i'm just curious about a lot from NZ:P.
