[SUGGESTION] Moving away from forumotion

I've been thinking about moving from forumotion host.

I've found some "free hosting" that is good, and i will test how it works.
if its good enough, i'd buy a host there, and a domain.

I need your opinión about this, and your help with domain name decisión.

what will having a new host do? i mean like why move away from here?

I've already expressed my views on this, but cash is always a problem.

Free Hosting is rubbish, and we're talking $30-40+ minimum a year for hosting that's at least decent.

I had prototypes too (probably lost, lol).

If you're able to pull it off I would have no issue making a little change to redirect this site to the new one, I also know of a few scripts that are capable of crawling this forum and converting them to SMF, phpBB, etc.

I'd like to talk with (all) the admins about this, and see if we can come to terms.

We could set up an official meeting time, or just a private topic if you'd wish. I'm all for moving if it can be done efficiently, but I don't see anything wrong with what we've got either.

Private topics would be best in order to coordinate with various timezone differences.
