How do you get nzp on psvita

yes yes i know theirs a fourm on it but i want to know how to get it on. first of all people are saying you need a jp version (japenese version) WHY? do i really need to get that version. and is downloading it the same way as on psp or harder

PS Vita uses a different Operating System and within the lines of code they've made it harder to Mod PS Vita,its simple their both different consoles that use different lines of code and ones easier to mod than the other and the JP Versions for some reason are easier to Mod.
