1. It's spelled "Important"
2. Reduce the amount of "things" you have on screen, and use lower quality textures.

This a help Question BTW so should be in Help Question
Get Windows XP
Windows 7 isn't meant to run on that type of hardware minimum 1GB Ram
Also what Graphics Card do you have
Also I saw in your map preview you had windows Aero on. Turn it off
It will save a hell load of ram
Another trick might be to turn down you're settings in NZP
Ok when you start up NZP go to settings
Then go to this
map lag help IMPORTENT! Nzp000027
Then change your settings like mine
map lag help IMPORTENT! Nzp000025
Then go to lighting
map lag help IMPORTENT! Nzp000028
Then change again like mine
map lag help IMPORTENT! Nzp000026

If it is still laggy then try set the process priority to high(never realtime)
Just right click on your taskbar(this is XP Windows 7 should be the same)
map lag help IMPORTENT! WindowsTM3992
Then open NZP and press ALT then TAB if you are in fullscreen
Then find NZP in the process tab like so and right click on and set it to high like so
map lag help IMPORTENT! Untitledwin

Hope I helped and try to get Windows XP
Windows 7 isn't designed to run on 512MB Ram especially with Aero turned on That eats ram

Just for future stuff if your maps lag but nothing else does make sure to make the walls as thin as possible. Say like a 4 or 8 that should help some future maps you have, if you didn't know this, if so sorry for wasting your time.
