Hey I need help decompiling my .bsp files cause when I defragged my computer it for some reason deleted my .rtf, .vis, .max, and .map files. So I need to decompile them so I can get the files back. Can anyone help me?

Use WinBSP
It should be located in
C:/ProgramFiles/Worldcraft/quaketools
Just click file->Convert
It will then ask you to locate the file
Then make sure to tick .map
Then it will show the output location
If you put nothing it will ask to put it in the same place
as the bsp
Then let it decompile
There might be some hiccups such as blocks not compiling right and stuff
Just see how it goes it worked for me and NDU spice up and for recovering some of my other maps

decompiling works for simple maps, but not for complex brushes...
Also some maps cant be decompiled like some Kurok maps, you will get a big bunch of crap xD
