cant use coustom wads HELP!!!!!!!

help i cant use custom wad s i tried texmex and saving it but it wont work >:(

What does it say? If it says "These textures need to be resized before use in a quake game", then you have to make the textures a little different. There are tons of reasons why it would say that though. You either need to lower the quality of the textures, raise the quality, and other stuff I can't think of right now. Just try one of those things and see if it works. If not, then those cannot be used for textures in a Quake based game.
