What does it mean by this "2g+ Memory Range Unlock – Use the previously locked RAM range within your own homebrews."?

I was stumped on this too. I think it means bigger memory cards = More ram. But is that even possible?

It would be nice to get an extra 32 or 64 MB of ram from my 16GB Card. Maybe ask them on their official site?
