pap more than once (HELP)

is there a way to pack a punch twice ive played a couple custom zombies (not nzp the real thing) they have pack a punch more than once and its all done in a map.
Pack a punch 1 pap skin
pap 2 red pap skin
pap 3 gold pap skin
is there a way like adding textures to guns or mdls? Help me

i never heard that you could do it in cod waw and bo . i dont think there is any way that you could pap more than once. maybe in bo 2 or nzp 1.2 we will :yay:
