Hi,
The latest unofficial beta is the one I would recommend. No port to the vita as of now. I do not think I would be in charge of porting to the Vita so I cannot speak for its current progress, but it is still a challenge because of hardware rendering.
So: 1.0.6b3 is the one you should use.
